Feature Exhibit - Australian National Field Days
The Lachlan CMA in partnership with the Central West CMA, were this years feature exhibit at the Australian National Field Days held recently at Borenore. The 2009 Feature Exhibit’s theme was Changing Agriculture in a Changing Environment.
The aim of the exhibit was to raise awareness of the challenges facing landholders, demonstrate how these challenges can be met and showcase the support and services available. The exhibit will ultimately help landholders and the wider community understand how we can meet the challenges of a changing environment through education, adaptation and building resilience. The exhibit focused on looking at the environment in a broad context, including areas such as climate change, natural resource management, mental health, financial management and training.
