Aimed squarely at the business sector, this service involves tailoring a prospectus that enables investors to easily purchase exactly what they’re after. In this endeavour we are broker, facilitator and marketer. As part of our reporting we collate funding and investor information and make it available to identifi ed clients, stakeholders and community members to keep them informed of funding opportunities they might want to pursue. Lachlan CMA also manages the rollout of bids.

Investment Administration involves project assessment, scoring, ranking, funds disbursement, and informing the community and key stakeholders about funding opportunities. Lachlan CMA provides the systems, staff, and actual processing of all administrative steps associated with the disbursement of funds to NRM actions.

Project Management
Lachlan CMA is a professional project manager of environmental maintenance and improvement works. In addition to our internal programs, we also take on project management of other external programs. Because we already have project management systems in place we are able to deliver an effi cient, comprehensive, and cost-effective service that includes feasibility, planning, implementation, and reporting on any scale from small farm site through to catchment-wide.
