This is a project developed and managed primarily through the DECCW, with collaboration and assistance from the Lachlan CMA. It forms an integral part of the Soil Health program, and involves monitoring and assessment of wind erosion, dust and land management monitoring and evaluation.

This project aims to establish a monitoring methodology for soil moisture and soil carbon particularly targeting mixed farming systems in the Lachlan Catchment. Soil Carbon Pilot Project
